01

What should we send before a first conversation?

Send whatever you already use: guidelines if they exist, three recent pieces you are proud of, and one example that embarrasses you. We read in the order received and reply with a short list of questions, not a deck.

02

Do you take work from outside Singapore?

Yes, when the time zones overlap sensibly with our Tuesday-to-Saturday hours. Calls are scheduled in SGT; written material is delivered with timestamps so distributed teams know which version is current.

03

How do you handle rush requests?

We note the request in the week calendar and say plainly whether it fits without displacing signed work. If it cannot fit, we say so before noon the same day rather than accepting and slipping quietly.

04

Who owns the files when we finish?

You receive masters and exports named in the signed-out stack. We retain a read-only copy in the archive drawer for continuity if you return; nothing is held hostage.

05

Can we visit the studio?

Yes, by appointment during open hours. The room is small; we ask for two names so the table is not overcrowded. Coffee is available; presentations on wall screens are not.

06

Do you run media buying or placement?

No. We prepare material that is ready to hand to your media partner or internal team. We will read a media plan for consistency with message hierarchy, but we do not buy space.

07

How are revisions counted?

Revisions are listed on the weekly sheet as rounds, not surprises. A round includes every mark made in one pass; we describe what changed in the margin so finance and legal can follow without opening every file.

08

What software do you require from us?

None in particular. We export to formats you already use. If you live in a shared drive, we match your folder names; if you prefer email bundles, we send zipped packages with a plain text index.

09

How do you treat confidential material?

Confidential briefs stay in the locked drawer until the engagement letter is signed. We do not reference your work in other conversations without written permission.

10

What happens if we pause mid-quarter?

We close the open week on a signed sheet, note what is complete and what is mid-draft, and store everything flat in your labelled section. Restarting begins with a read-through of that sheet, not from memory.

Still have a question?

If your question is not listed, write to us with subject "Drawer question". We add frequent ones to this page each quarter. Contact details.
