Mail is read by the studio manager and the systems lead in rotation. Expect a reply within two business days; urgent matters should say so in the subject line. First conversations cover whether your material belongs in the chest, which drawer would hold it, and what to send before a visit.

From Eunos MRT, walk east along Changi Road, then north on East Coast Road — about twenty minutes. Marine Parade bus services stop nearby; alight at the block before the shophouse row. The unit is on the second storey; look for the sand-coloured wordmark at eye level.
