This notice describes how MarkBloom Vault handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

Who we are

MarkBloom Vault Pte. Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through email to [email protected]. Data protection enquiries may be sent to [email protected].

What we collect

We collect what you send voluntarily: email content, names, and files attached to briefs. Technical data includes server logs with IP address, user agent, and timestamps when you load a page.

Why we collect it

We use contact data to respond to enquiries and run engagements. Logs are used for security and to diagnose faults. We do not build advertising profiles.

Lawful basis

Consent for optional cookies and maps. Legitimate interest for security logs and replying to messages you send. Contract when an engagement letter is signed.

Retention

Email threads are kept for the duration of an engagement and up to seven years afterward for legal and accounting purposes unless you ask for earlier deletion where law allows. Logs rotate monthly.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting providers and email transport services process data on our instructions. Google may process data when maps are embedded — see the cookies page.

International transfers

If you email from outside Singapore, data may cross borders to reach our inbox. We use providers with standard contractual protections where required.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via the cookies page. We respond within thirty days where PDPA requires.

Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.

Security

Access to inboxes and files is limited to named staff. Briefs in active drawers are stored on encrypted drives in the studio.

Changes

We update this notice when practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on the cookies page for thirty days.
