This page describes what leaves the studio in writing: documents included, marks used, who signs, and what the client receives in the handover stack.

Signed Out

Every stack begins with a cover sheet listing contents, dates, and version numbers. We stamp a small square mark in sand-coloured ink when both sides have signed; the mark is defined in your brand system drawer, not invented per project.

Included by default: approved masters, export files named to match the index, the change log for the period, and a plain memo describing open items. We do not include working files unless requested in writing on the cover sheet.

Signatures are physical on paper for the cover sheet; PDFs are sent afterward for your records. We keep a scan in the archive drawer with the date of collection noted.

If courier collection is used, we photograph the sealed stack beside the index before it leaves. If you collect in person, we walk through the stack on the porch so nothing is mysterious later.

Open items are listed plainly on the cover sheet — not buried in email. If something was rejected, it stays in your section with a red margin mark explaining why, so the next reader understands the decision.

On the porch

We hand over stacks at the shelf by the door; plan five minutes to read the cover sheet while standing so questions can be marked immediately. Directions and hours.
